About me

I am a social scientist and global health expert specializing in women’s health, reproductive health, and assisted reproductive technologies, including social egg freezing, maternal and newborn health, and gender equity. I hold a PhD in political science and a master’s degree in international healthcare management.With over 15 years of international experience across public health, policy, and academia, I currently serve as Deputy Head of Public Affairs at BBMRI-ERIC, a European research infrastructure in the health and life sciences, where I contribute to strategic policy engagement in international and interdisciplinary contexts, with an emphasis on One Health.Alongside my professional work, I have contributed to global health and gender equity initiatives through organisations including OCADES Caritas Burkina Faso and UN Women Austria. I am a European Health Forum Gastein Fellow and a featured speaker in the Women in Global Health Speakers Bureau.My work sits at the intersection of research, policy, and advocacy in international settings - where scientific evidence needs to be translated into societal and institutional decision-making. My experience includes leading interdisciplinary teams, contributing to European-level initiatives, and representing expertise in public, policy-facing, and expert forums.
